Cancellation Policy
✨ Hair By Ash Cancellation Policy ✨
Your appointment time is reserved just for you! Please take a moment to read my cancellation policy before booking.
• 24-hour notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total.
• No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid running behind for other clients. A cancellation fee may still apply.
I understand that emergencies happen, and I will always do my best to be understanding in those situations.
